Once a load bearing wall comes out, the new structural beam is what keeps your home safe and up to code. Nala Demolition Toronto installs steel beams, LVL beams and engineered lumber for homeowners and renovators across Toronto and the GTA. We follow your engineer's specifications for span and beam size, then set every post, bearing point and connection with care so the work meets the Ontario Building Code and passes City of Toronto inspection. Older Toronto homes often hide surprises behind the walls, and our experience with both demolition and structural work means we handle them without slowing your project down. When we finish, your structure is solid, safe and ready for drywall, flooring and the rest of your renovation.
