Taking out a load bearing wall is structural work, not just demolition. It takes engineering input, a proper assessment and a crew that has done it many times before. Open concept layouts are one of the most requested renovations in Toronto, especially in older semis, rowhouses and bungalows where the original floor plans feel closed in. Nala Demolition Toronto manages the process from start to finish: we review the structure, install temporary shoring, complete the controlled removal and make sure the work lines up with your engineer's drawings, City of Toronto permits and the Ontario Building Code. Kam runs every job with a boots-on-the-ground approach, which means no shortcuts on structural work. You get a safe, precise result and a clean site ready for your beam and finishing trades.
